Rims Racing Game Review

Rims Racing Game Review – A Game You Should Never Miss!

Are you an adrenaline-junky who’s always looking for a new kind of thrill, fun, and excitement? Are you always up for a new challenging racing game with an awestriking visual spectacle? If that is so, then this one will surely be down your alley. So, make no doubt about checking out RiMS Racing.

This video game will undoubtedly appeal to those who like to play racing games and are bike enthusiasts. It is touted as the “first motorcycle simulation game.”

As it proudly claims on its home page, “realistic racing challenge… world’s most powerful motorbikes,” its motorbikes are based on legendary models that once hailed racing tracks. They are recreated to evoke a realistic simulation that a die-hard bike fan will appreciate.

But it doesn’t end there. Currently, there are eight models of bikes to choose from. While you may think that is too small of a range and won’t get you the excitement to exercise your visual discretion and control, you are wrong, because here you’re not entirely limited.

The famed and well-respected motorbike models inspire the vehicles, but they are also heavily customizable. The player can replace some parts and customize their motorcycle. Hence, he gets full flexibility and the sense of being in charge.

The customizability of the game also allows the player to optimize and maintain the motorcycle and make it stronger, more powerful, and be in tune with the gamer. He can manage the entire motorbike by changing the other parts of the bike and upgrading them. It gives a great simulation and the liberty for bike enthusiasts to recreate and decide for the look of bike they admire – to make them more personalized.

As the developers strive to make it as tangible as possible, the player can also analyze their bike’s behavior and condition to predict their chances of winning and gauge which components need to be upgraded, discarded, and replaced.

When the player is in a career mode, the game’s main goal is to have the player overcome different challenges while keeping the good health of the vehicle.

When he wins a race, the prize money is used to keep the racing bike in good condition to participate in another race. If you just want to upgrade some parts but don’t have the money gained from winning, then you must shell out from your pocket.

As it tries to be as realistic as possible, the game provides an option to how much degree you’d like it to be realistic, which partly translates to the feedback you get that’s sent to the controller that almost can seem so real, although it may have its downsides.

The physics is excellent to some extent delivering an outstanding experience and accuracy, but not without criticism and weaknesses that come with it. In most cases, the mechanics are excellent, but that doesn’t mean it has no opportunities for improvement. It is still not perfect when it comes to realistic simulation. Some of its physics and mechanics do not add up when some controls are executed. It appears to be more sensitive than should be in some aspects of movement, such as when the player hits the brake.

Another feature that it has is not just by providing options for legendary motorbikes but also by recreating the most prestigious racing circuits for motorbikes. There are currently ten options for that. It’s both available for single-player and online competition. It also allows you to be totally in control and build your team.

Only released recently, August 2021, it has become available on different platforms. You can play it on PC, PS5, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch, to name a few, but not limited to them. Review aggregate Metacritic has given it 72%, which translates to being favorable to the critics.
